Sharifs’ Disqualification Leads to Governor’s Rule in Dubious Circumstances

03-ap-lahore-6081On Feb 25, 2009, the Supreme Court disqualified the Sharif brothers from holding or contesting public offices. Consequently, Shahbaz Sharif also lost his office of Chief Minister of Punjab and elder brother Nawaz Sharif is barred from contesting elections.

‘For the reasons to be recorded later, the judgments order dated June 23, 2008 Lahore High Court in writ petitions No.6468/2008 (Noor Ellahi versus Nawaz Sharif) and 6469/2008 (Syed Khurram Shah versus Nawaz Sharif) are upheld. No ground for leave is made out. These petitions are accordingly dismissed,’ said a short order by a three-member bench comprising Justice Mohammad Moosa K Leghari, Justice Syed Sakhi Hussain Bukhari and Justice Sheikh Hakim Ali.

The bench was hearing the appeals of the federal government against June 23, 2008 Lahore High Court (LHC) order of disqualifying the twice-elected prime minister and PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif from the by-election for being convicted under the 1999 plane hijacking conspiracy case.

About Shahbaz Sharif, a separate order of the Supreme Court converted the petititions of Syed Khurram Shah into appeal and declared that Shahbaz Sharif was not qualified to be elected or chosen as a member of the provincial assembly from PP-48 Bhakkar-II.

It also declared null and void the June 3, 2008 notification of the Election Commission in favour of Shahbaz Sharif and ordered the commission to de-notify Shahbaz Sharif membership.

The decision comes days after the allegations leveled by top PML-N leadership that President Asif Ali Zardari was hell-bent to disqualify Sharif brothers from the court by using PCO judiciary.

The Supreme Court also imposed a fine of Rs100,000 each to petitioners and proposer and seconder of Sharif’s namely Mehr Zafar Iqbal and Shakeel Baig. Both were ordered to deposit the amount in the court within fifteen days or face a simple imprisonment of three months.

The controversial President lost no time in imposing Governor’s Rule in the Punjab under dubious circumstances. On the advice of the PM Gilani, under Article 237 of the Constitution, he imposed Governor Rule in the province of Punjab with immediate effect for a period of two months.

Following is the text of the proclamation:

‘WHEREAS I, Asif Ali Zardari, President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, on receipt of report from the Governor of the Punjab and other information made available, am satisfied that the situation has arisen in which the Government of the Province of the Punjab cannot be carried on in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution.

‘AND WHEREAS an unprecedented and unique constitutional void has been created in the Province consequent upon the decision of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of Pakistan on 25 February 2009 in the matter of disqualification/unseating of Mian Shahbaz Sharif as Member of Provincial Assembly.

‘Now, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Article 234 of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, I hereby-

a)   ’Direct the Governor of the Punjab to assume on my behalf the functions of the Government of that Province;

b)   Make the following incidental and consequential provision which appear to be necessary or desirable for giving effect to the objects of this Proclamation:

i)    the Chief Minister and Provincial Ministers of that province shall forthwith cease to hold office;

ii)  in the exercise of the functions which the Governor has been directed to assume hereinbefore stated, the Governor shall act to such extent and subject to such conditions as I shall, from time to time, deem fit to give or impose.

‘This Order shall, unless revoked earlier, remain in force for a period of two months.’

US: Damages for Possessing Child Porn

A British man living in the US has been told by a judge to pay $200,000 (£130,000 ) to a woman for possessing an indecent image of her as a child. The judge said it was the first such criminal case in which someone found possessing illegal images had to pay restitution, despite not creating them.

Briton Alan Hesketh was sentenced to 78 months in prison in October.

“We’re dealing with a frontier here,” Judge Warren W Eginton was quoted by Associated Press (AP).

‘Feeling of revulsion’
Mr Hesketh, of Stonington, Connecticut, was found with more than 2,000 images of child pornography. Images of the victim as a child were found amid the collection. “There is a feeling of revulsion about this type of conduct,” the judge said.

The defendant’s attorney said he would appeal against the decision, saying it was too high and may lead to more claims by other victims of child abuse.

The lawyer representing the victim, however, said there was no difference between the defendant and those who made the images. “The victim is a victim of sexual exploitation caused by this defendant,” Marsh was quoted as saying by AP.

Ernie Allen, president of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, said he hoped the decision would serve to act as a deterrent. “We think this is a terrific precedent,” Mr Allen said. “The photos stay out there forever. Every time they are downloaded, every time they are distributed, the victim in that image is re-victimized.”

Sharifs’ Disqualification: The Sound of Boots is in the Air

tatooIts not the first time that the country is in a political turmoil ….neither is the time that the so called politicians are fighting for the so called system and yelling about the so called democracy…

The news of disqualification of Sharif brothers has on one hand given a juicy news day to media….and on the other it highlighted Muslim League N .. which was something they were looking for…

After an emergency meeting for hours at his “Farm House” in Raiwind Lahore, Nawaz Sharif revealed his thoughts in a media conference, where he was not able to answer any questions properly put by the journalists, and then he appealed …”people should come out of their houses immediately in order to save the country and save their rights”. He added “disqualification does not make any difference to me or to Shahbaz, the question is what is happening to the country”…yeah right!!! what is happening to the country, exactly the same which you want assholes. Either its you or Zardari or Imran or any other hounding politicians…this is what they all want, the country in absolute turmoil, a country to which they could be the MASTERS, a country where they could rule witout any questions asked to them, a country where they know people can only be slaves…with no eyes, no ears, no brains…. wow….eutopia for these rulers, ain’t it ???

If Nawaz Sharif is seriously not concerned with the decision and he is sincere to the country, he could have been on the road along with all those silly people who came out and one more time disturbed the traffic. If Sharif brothers were really annoyed by the decision (which they already knew) then they were also aware of the aftermath of this decision, (referring to the imposition of Governer Rule in the province), because Shahbaz cannot deny the “Baby fights” between him and Salman Taseer. But; how innocent he was when we heard his reply to one of those questions “we have a majority in Punjab and we will soon announce our candidate nomination for next CM” and “there are news Mian sab, its going to be Governer rule in Punjab???” “Nope, i dont know about any such thing!!” and after about one and half hour the news breaks “Governer Rule has been imposed in Punjab for next two months after the ‘important’ meeting of President an Prime Minister…”

It was a pity to watch Nawaz Sharif in this media conference where he did not criticize the PPP, but Zardari…”we had splendid dreams and look what happened”…Poor Nawaz forgot while signing the Charter of Democracy…no matter its Benazir Butto on her side, but there is a Zardari behind…following the American saying “wait and watch”.

So..now what…??? aint this a question in every one’s mind and the answer to it is very simple dear country men ….yes the sound of boots is in the air and why not? A little concentration on the previous one year reveals this answer.

It doesnt take high intellect to find what is between the lines.

- Nawaz Sharif n Shabaz are disqualified on the basis of all those cases which were created in Musharraf’s era.

- Benazir Bhutto and Nawaz Sharif signed the Charter of Democracy, BB was a tough lady, strong character with an approach that falls alienity criteria in this country so; BB had to die. Nawaz was easy to scratch out from the scene without any such big effort, so he has been disqualified.

- 18th February, Elections, PPP gets the majority and later on Zardari decides to be the “father of the nation (Babar Ghori’s words)”.

- Zardari completely denies the Charter of Democracy and tries to make Nawaz understand what is going to be his fate, but the foolish soul stays in a false hope that things might change.

- On every major post, you find there are Zardari’s favourite people, only those who could talk and talk good.

- A mentally retard PM has been appointed to fill in the place. Because some one sensible was not needed there when you have Zardari playing on the back foot.

- One year of BB’s assasination and there is no FIR, no REPORT, NO INVESTIGATIONS !!! and why there should be some, after all its what they wanted.

- Ajmal Qasab’s case, Memood Durrani deposed on PM’s orders, and Zardari says, how could PM do this without my consent…EXACTLY You Poor soul, you dint remember he is an Ex Army man whom you insulted by kicking him out…Ahh now count your own days!

- Aitezaz Ahsan given a show cause notice.

So, these are just some of the things which if watched clearly, tell you the future of this country. Now, in next minimum three and maximum six months, the martial law will be back with a personality designated as the CEO of Pakistan and there you go…

Fellows, this country was never meant to be a democratic one. Do you find any democratic government ever came without army backing, or army’s consent? How could we say that this government is not without an army backing? The aforementioned things are those who clearly state this. So now we all know who is on the real back foot.

Holbrooke Hints at ISI Relationship with Taliban

INDIA/Richard Holbrooke, the US special envoy for Pakistan and Afghanistan, has said that the United States will not quit the region and will stay as long as it takes to eradicate terrorism from there.

‘Americans never quit,’ said Mr Holbrook in an interview to PBS television.

A transcript made available to the media on Feb 24, 09 quoted Mr Holbrook as saying that a US intelligence chief could also discuss with the ISI chief the question of an alleged relationship between his agency and the militants. ‘The degree of that continuing relationship is one of the things that need to be discussed openly and candidly between two friends, America and Pakistan,’ he said.

‘The US gives a lot of assistance to Pakistan. And most people, me included, feel that Pakistan does not do enough to stop the people who from bases in Pakistan cross into Afghanistan and attack American and allied forces.’

Ambassador Holbrooke described President Zardari as ‘critically important’ for the US and said that Washington would help him expand his authority. ‘The question of his degree of authority over elements of the government is a legitimate one, which he himself has talked about openly. And this government, American government —wants to support civilian democratic rule in Pakistan,’ he added.

Mr Holbrooke said US President Barack Obama was forced to send additional 17,000 to Afghanistan now, and not after the review, because the situation on ground in both Afghanistan and Pakistan was serious.

Ambassador Holbrooke said the new US strategy would involve all of Afghanistan’s neighbours including Pakistan, China, India, Russia, Iran and even Saudi Aria and Turkey, which were farther afield. ‘Afghanistan would last longer than Iraq, that it would be more difficult … this is something else. This is a really difficult problem, because it involves so many different countries,’ he added.

‘And Afghanistan and Pakistan are completely interrelated in this regard. There is no way that the international effort in Afghanistan can succeed unless Pakistan can get its western tribal areas under control.’

Mr Holbrooke said even if Afghanistan had the best government in the world; it could not succeed in bringing normalcy to the country if Pakistan’s tribal areas remained out of control. Although the US had kept India out of Mr Holbrooke’s agenda, the envoy noted that the situation concerned India as well.

‘And Pakistan in turn relates directly to India,’ said the ambassador, adding that those who attacked Mumbai in December wanted to provoke and India-Pakistan war. ‘Why? Because that would remove Pakistani troops from the west completely and give them an even freer hand,’ he said. ‘But luckily for the world, the Indians didn’t fall into the trap. They resisted.’ But he warned if this happened again, it could be more serious, particularly since the Indian were in an election period.

Mr Holbrooke said that while the US wanted to make sure that Afghanistan does not become a safe haven for terrorists who could deliver another 9/11; that’s not a final objective. ‘It is an interim necessity as we work towards a basic strategic outcome, which covers an objective which involves Pakistan as well,’ he added. ‘Because if you deny Afghanistan to al Qaida, which American troops can do, but al Qaida remains in Pakistan, you remain at risk.’

The US envoy warned that ‘it’s quite possible that as we sit here now, somewhere in the tribal areas of Pakistan, people are plotting an attack on the United States, as they were plotting an attack on Mumbai, as they are taking over Swat.’

Asked if the US could send ground forces into Pakistan to look for al-Qaeda and Taliban militants, Mr Holbrooke said: ‘The United States does not operate ground forces across the border. We just don’t do that.’

The US envoy, however, indicated that drone attacks to destroy militants sanctuaries would continue.

FAQs About Swat

100-0062_img11. Where is Swat?

The mountain valley of Swat, covering 10,360 sqkm, is in the North West Frontier Province (NWFP) of Pakistan, about 170km north-east of the provincial capital, Peshawar, and about 160km north-west of Islamabad. With its clean river, open fields and forests, tourism has traditionally been the main source of revenue for many of its 1.8 million people, most of whom are ethnic Pashtuns.

 2. History
In 327 BC, Alexander the Great conquered the area. Around the second century BC, the valley was occupied by Buddhists. From the eighth century onwards, Arabs started to exert pressure from the West and in 1001, the Afghan ruler, Mahmud of Ghazni, launched several invasions of the Indian sub-continent, conquering Swat.

The British colonial rulers of the Indian sub-continent from 1858 to 1947 recognised the state as one of many princely regions in India in 1926.

At Partition in 1947, when Pakistan broke away from India and independence was gained from British rule, the ruler of Swat ceded the state to Pakistan while retaining considerable autonomy. The princely state was abolished in 1969 by the Pakistan government.

3. Present status
Swat is an administrative district of NWFP. The capital is Saidu Sharif but the main city is Mingora, adjacent to Saidu.

 4. Origins of the conflict
In 1992, Sufi Mohammad Khan established the Tehrik-e-Nifaz-e-Shariah-Mohammadi (TNSM) in Swat, as a party seeking an Islamic order. The party rose to national prominence in 1995, when Sufi Mohammad Khan demanded the immediate imposition of Sharia, Islamic law. Violence followed as paramilitary forces began an operation against Khan.

After Khan’s imprisonment in 2002, his son-in-law, Maulana Fazalullah, a former chairlift operator, took over the TNSM at 28. By 2007 he had aligned himself with the hardline Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP), setting up dozens of illegal radio stations in Swat from which he preached his message of jihad (holy war).

5. Who are the main combatants?
Fighting in Swat began after Fazalullah in July 2007 ordered supporters to avenge a security force operation to clear militants out of a mosque in Islamabad. Since then, paramilitary forces and troops of the Pakistan army have been fighting militants led by Fazalullah. A brief truce reached in May 2008 brought relative peace but fighting resumed in August. Some 4,000 militants are said to be battling 12,000 troops
 [http://www.dawn.com/weekly/mazdak/20090131.htm].

6. How many people have died?
There is no independent confirmation of the number of casualties. The military in January 2009 said 142 soldiers and paramilitary troops had died since the conflict resumed in August 2008. In 2007 the military confirmed the deaths of 230 civilians and 90 military personnel. At the end of 2007, an activist of the HRCP in Swat said at least 400 civilians had died and 1,000 houses destroyed[http://www.irinnews.org/Report.aspx?ReportId=75903].

7. How many people have been displaced?

According to rights groups and the media, approximately 800,000 of Swat’s 1.8 million people have fled. With intensified fighting from February 2009, as the Pakistan government promised to retake control of the valley from the militants, more people are reported to have left. Camps for internally displaced persons (IDPs) have been set up in Mingora and other locations by the provincial government.

8. Why is there a threat to girls’ education?
Fazalullah opposes education for girls. Since the conflict in Swat began, 170 to 200 schools for girls have been torched or bombed [http://www.dawn.com/2009/01/21/op.htm]. At the end of 2008, Fazalullah banned education for girls. Since then, 80,000 girls are still not in class as schools felt too threatened to re-open after the winter holiday.

Many had dropped out even before in fear of the militants, who in February said they would allow education for girls till Grade 5. The government has promised schools in Swat will re-open soon. Some schools have resumed classes after a truce. Women in Swat have also been ordered via radio stations run by militants to give up work and not to leave home. Men have been ordered to grow beards and wear prayer caps. Some have been killed for failing to comply with these orders.

9. What is the nature of peace efforts?
The NWFP government has agreed a truce with Sufi Muhammad Khan of the TNSM, whereby Sharia law would be imposed and both sides lay down arms. People in the Valley have welcomed the ceasefire. However, two previous accords along similar lines have broken down.

The abduction and killing of a prominent journalist days after the truce [http://www.nation.com.pk/pakistan-news-newspaper-daily-english-online/Regional/Islamabad/18-Feb-2009/TV-journalist-Musa-Khan-Khel-killed-in-Swat] aggravates those fears. Many Pakistanis have criticised the deal, with HRCP warning it offers no guarantees to protect basic liberties and rights of groups, including women. Friction between different militant factions adds to the risks of the truce failing, though for the present it has enabled girls to return to school.

PPP Permitting Americans to Use Pakistani Air Bases

bbmush

“One U.S. official told FOX News the U.S. has been flying ‘Predators or UAVs’ in Pakistan since 2002.”

(FOX News) – The United States has been using a base in Pakistan to station US unmanned Predator drones that have been used to attack targets inside the country’s tribal areas, a senior U.S. official told FOX News on Feb 19.

The confirmation contradicts a stream of previous denials from officials and comes after The Times of London published a Google Earth image apparently showing three U.S. drones at the Shamsi airbase in Pakistan’s southwestern province of Baluchistan as early as 2006.

The image – which is no longer on the site, shows what appear to be three Predator drones outside a hangar at the end of the runway of Pakistan’s Shamsi airbase.

The senior U.S. official told FOX News that the U.S. was in fact launching Predator UAV strikes from at least one base in Pakistan, confirming a statement made by U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee Chairwoman Dianne Feinstein last week. The California Democrat riled intelligence circles when she seemed to reveal sensitive information about such a Pakistan-based staging ground during a hearing. The official said that slip led to the initial denials from other officials that the U.S. was using Pakistani bases.

The London Times also obtained a copy of the Google Earth image, whose coordinates confirm that it is the Shamsi airfield, also known as Bandari, about 200 miles southwest of the Pakistani city of Quetta.

The Times reported that the CIA was secretly using Shamsi base to launch the Predator drones that observe and attack around Pakistan’s border with Afghanistan. US special forces used the airbase during the invasion of Afghanistan in 2001, but the Pakistani Government said in 2006 that the Americans had left and both sides have since denied repeatedly that Washington was using Pakistani bases.

Two senior U.S. defense officials had previously told FOX News that no Predator unmanned aerial vehicles are or have recently been based in Pakistani territory, despite Feinstein’s
statement. However, they could use the Shamsi airbase if they needed to. The base is well known to the U.S. military and was used by the Americans in 2001 and 2002 at the beginning of the war in Afghanistan.

Jirgas Only Concerned with Women Issues

In May 2008, a Jirga was held to “try” a 17-year old girl after she had already been killed. As a result of the trial, she was declared as being Kari (having had an illicit relationship). This was done, according to the tribal traditions, to justify her earlier murder by members of her own family. Prior to the Jirga being held, Taslim Solangi, had been subjected to a savage ordeal.

On March 7, 2008, she was

thar5made to run while being chased

by a pack of dogs that bit at her legs until, exhausted, she fell to the ground where they continued to maul her. At this place, she was then shot by father in law, in the presence of her father in order to intimidate him. During one inquiry, the inquiry officer found that the Jirga has documented the proceeding to justify the killing of the girl and several members have signed the document.

The Jirgas have become a strong tool in the hands of powerful people,
particularly land-lords, in Pakistan’s tribal areas. They are used to
commit or enable a range of brutal human rights violations. The
government’s support for the illegal Jirga judicial system is plain
to see. Two federal ministers have been involved in conducting Jirgas
that decided that the practice of live burials is an acceptable tribal
custom.

Through the Jirgas many women in remote areas are made victims and
killed every year. Over 4,000 people have died in Jirga sanctioned
murders over the last six years and two thirds of them have been
women. Their killings have often been carried out under the most
barbaric of circumstances. Many are charged with having a
relationship out of marriage, which is often a fabricated claim, and
others are suspected of planning love marriages (in direct opposition
to the marriages planned by their families). It is believed that these
killings have become a way of resolving property disputes,
particularly by male family members who resent losing property to
another family through marriage.

In the feudal, fiercely patriarchal north, women’s lives are worth
little. It is a matter of prestige to have more than one wife, and
young girls are often sold into marriage to settle disputes. In one
recent case, under the orders of a Jirga and with the knowledge and
apparent acquiescence of the police, three young girls (aged 10, 12,
13) were handed over as compensation to a man who claimed that their father had slept with his wife. The complainant had also already
openly killed his wife.

In another horrific case, five women – Ms. Fatima, Ms. Jannat Bibi,
and Ms. Fauzia, all aged between 16 and 18 years-old, and two older
women – were buried alive near the village of Baba Kot in
Balochistan. The women were travelling to conduct marriages for the
three younger women to men of their choice; not those that had been
arranged for them by their families. On hearing of this, Mr. Abdul
Sattar Umrani, the brother of a provincial government minister, and
six other men abducted them at gun point. They were taken in a Land
Cruiser jeep, bearing a Balochistan government registration number
plate, to Nau Abadi, a remote area outside of Baba Kot. Abdul Sattar
Umrani and his six henchmen reportedly took the three younger women
out of the jeep and beat them before opening fire on them with their
guns. The girls were seriously injured but were still alive, at which
point the men buried them alive in a ditch, covering them with earth
and stones. The two older women, one of whom was Fauzias aunt and the other was a mother of one of the other younger women, protested and tried to stop the burial but were also pushed into the ditch and buried alive.

Is India Supporting Taliban Against Pakistan?

Pakistan in the past has been asserting with clear proofs that India is supporting Pakistani Taliban terrorists from TTP for terror activities in Pakistan. The reports clearly confirm that even the US knows India is exporting terrorism to Pakistan by lending support to the Pakistani Taliban and Indian Intelligence Agency has trained Wah Bombers…

The two suicide bombers who blew themselves at the Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF) gates in Wah Cantonment in August 2008 were trained in Miramshah, the main town of North Waziristan Agency, by the Pakistani Taliban allegedly supported by the Indian intelligence agency Research and Analysis Wing (RAW).

Officials privy to investigations say that the bombers were aged between 17 and 20 and they were natives of Khyber Agency.

According to the officials, the detained would-be suicide bomber, who identified himself as Hameedullah, revealed some stunning facts about the activities and involvement of proxy Taliban in the tribal areas of Pakistan.

Hameedullah described how the Taliban trained and provided arms and ammunition to the militants. They have also hired psychologists who brainwash innocent youth from different seminaries and transform them into hard-line militant or Fidayeen.

The officials said Hameedullah was arrested while trying to flee from the scene of the blasts in a taxi. Soon after the incident, law-enforcement agencies seized an explosive-vest that the suspect had left in a toilet at a mosque located close to the POF complex.

During initial interrogation, the man confessed that he wanted to blow himself up at the arms factory but lost heart at the last moment.

RAW and the Afghan intelligence agencies are very much active in the tribal areas. Several Afghan agents have been arrested and they confessed that they were trained by the Indians in Afghanistan.

There are more than 10,000 Indian soldiers in Afghanistan, ostensibly to protect engineers involved in road building activities. But, in fact, most of them are spies and there maybe thousands more who are causing carnage in Pakistan they added.

Some Hindu Fundamentalists Find Valentine Day Immoral

sashi02-1024x768Valentine’s Day Promotes Immorality!

Adolescent girls and boys express their love for each other by exchanging flowers and gifts on Valentine’s Day. Most of the times, these adolescents indulge in immoral acts under the pretext of ‘Valentine’s Day’. In a country like Bharat, that is enriched with values, such moral degradation of the youth is indeed a serious social problem.
Please see this link to have more information about why not to celebrate Valentine’s Day :
http://www.hindujagruti.org/news/4038.html

By: Raviraj Pethe <raviraj.pethe@gmail.com>

The Main Points discussed are :

1) Why do the moral Hindus need to remember the sinful Valentine?
2) ‘Valentines Day’ being insignificant from the viewpoint of reaping
spiritual benefits!
3) An appeal to devout and patriotic citizens!
4) It is time to change the days that defy our ethos!

Why do the moral Hindus need to remember the sinful Valentine?

In the 3rd Century, a Roman king named Cloudius II issued an order that ‘The youth should refrain from marriage and join the army’. In this regard, St. Valentine, a priest, revolted against the king; however he was given death penalty by the king. While in prison, St. Valentine fell in love with the prison attendant’s young daughter. It is sinful for a priest to get attracted to a lady. Why should the people of Bharat, having a Hindu-majority population, who attach utmost importance to values, cherish memories of a sinful so-called priest?

‘Valentines Day’ being insignificant from the viewpoint of reaping spiritual benefits!

1. In case of festivals and celebrations as per the Hindu Dharma, humans benefit from the divine frequencies transmitted from the Universe on these days. On the contrary, there is no such benefit in case of ‘Valentine’s Day.’

2. Various days of the likes of ‘Valentine’s Day’ that have originated from the blind emulation of the western culture are based on materialism. A person who follows them acquires the raja-tama pre-dominant state due to degradation of values and decency. On the contrary, regular practise of values, festivals, traditions and religious observances as per the Hindu culture helps one acquire a sattvik (pious) state of mind and makes one happy, content and balanced.

H.H. Dr. Jayant Athavale, Founder, Sanatan Sanstha

Since hinduism is ancient and eternal, it relates everything to various forms of God. Following examples will bring home the Greatness of Hinduism. They will also throw light on how the Bharatiyas  are still under the psychological bondage of the British.

Example 1: The frequencies of Prajapati come to the Earth in larger measures on the day of Gudipadva. However instead of celebrating that day as the ‘New Year’ day, the Government celebrates 1st January as the New Year’s day, which is not based on any Principle.
Example 2: Instead of calculating time based on the Bhartiya Culture (‘Shalivahan Shaka’) the Government uses the Christian Era (A.D), which has no relevance to any particular time or zone.
Example 3: The Guru Principle decends on Earth in large measures on the day of Gurupournima. In all fairness that day should be celebrated as ‘Teachers Day’. However it is celebrated on the birth anniversary of Ex-President Dr.Radhakrishnan.

In the Ishwariya Rajya (Divine Kingdom) we are going to change all such things which are not related to Hindu Religion and Culture in anyway.

Performing an act on a certain day will not stop the harm caused to Dharma ! The only solution to this problem is giving Dharmashikshan to the society every single day !

Our culture is soon vanishing into darkness and I am afraid to say that we ourselves are busy in minting money.  Our own Hindu sects are involved in making Temples worth multi-Million dollars, donating to organisations which are involved in so called helping poor but the same organisations have converted the whole Africa into Christian continent.

Where are we heading from here only Lord knows….but I would like to give you a word of caution as to where are we heading…take note of the following findings.

1) An average MBA or a graduate in any discipline does not know the history beyond 20 years.

2) An average Graduate or MBA does his studies to get a proper job but not to learn things he does not know.

3) Rapid privatisation and FII investment and tie – ups are giving rise to companies like Pepsi, coke, Mc Donald, Pizza, night clubs etc., which will throw out the minimum sensation or concern about motherland.

4) Food habits which has made US youths into lethargic, over weight and idiot are getting adopted fast here in Bharat.

5) The Indian Insurance companies like LIC/National insurance etc., are targeted by the foreign Insurance companies indirectly by bribing the union leaders and motivating them …to ask their member not to work.  (Probably someone from Indian insurance company will be concerned and reply on this).

There are thousands such points which we can add.  Lets keep this thing is mind that we are going to be doomed because we are not taking care about the current generation.  Let’s start molding our people at young age….any plans let all of us know.  For that purpose we must start pro-Hindu media.

Its official: Valentine’s about SEX

What is the harm in celebrating ‘Valentine day’?

There is no scientific or any cultural basis to this day.

As the so called priest Valentine himself was involved in the anti-national acts during his time, then how one can get any benefit by celebrating the day in his name?

On this day young girls and boys come together at pubs, sea shores, hotels, colleges etc and indulge in indecent acts. A common person finds it difficult to even go around such places at this time. Some organisations even organize such programs where the young boys and girls can stay together.

The young students of schools and colleges are falling prey to such culture and express their love to each other by way of exchanging greeting cards. But actually speaking it is not love but only an attraction to the opposite sex at a tender and immature age.

There are several examples of such mentally ill patients available with Psychiatrists who have stuck to their mental illness by ‘proposing’ on ‘Valentine Day’.

It has long lasting bad effect on any youth’s career and also on the society.

The seeds are planted on this day to grow up and cause the destabilization of society through fall in morality.

We can know about direct attacks from outside enemy but cultural invasion is very difficult to detect and even some times difficult to defend ourselves from its evil results.

Cultural derailment always takes the society towards destruction which is being experienced in our Bharat (India) today.

Many western countries do not celebrate this day. ‘Calendar of Roman Catholic Saints’ was prepared in 1969. ‘Valentine’s Day’ was omitted from the general Roman calendar. If this is so then why should we value this day in our Hindustan?

The western custom put the parents in ‘old age home’ and then celebrate showy ‘Mother’s Day’ and ‘Father’s Day’ for one day! Same is the case of ‘Valentine day’. Is the real love showy and limited to just one day? In Indian culture we have numbers of festivals to express love towards each other and also it is part of our lifestyle.

12.    It is time to change the days that defy our ethos !

Valentine’s Day Massacre

As millions of Brits plan to celebrate St. Valentine’s Day this Saturday, the controversial Muslim cleric Anjem Choudary has warned Brit lovers that if they celebrate Valentine’s Day they will rot in hell.

The hate preacher slamed the practice of exchanging cards, sending roses or enjoying romantic candlelit dinners, claiming Britain’s favourite tradition as “a futile and evil festival”, used to justify sinful actions such as free-mixing, promiscuity, vain sexual talk and even fornication, The Daily Star reported.

The London-born lawyer, who in his youth was a cider-drinking ladies’ man, posted the 800-word rant on his anti-West website, ‘The Islamist’.

The article is headlined, “Valentine’s Day Of Fornication” and shows bloody pictures of hearts, while the cover of the magazine shows pictures of Palestinian children killed during last month’s attacks by Israel in the Gaza Strip.

The former leader of banned hate group al-Muhajiroun even calls it “Pagan festival” and says it “diverts” people away from “the submission and worship of Allah”.

“Many view this day as harmless fun, an opportunity to show love and affections towards spouses and partners by exchanging cards, giving flowers and having candle lit dinners etc, not realising that its origin and current day practices conflict with the teachings of Islam,” Choudary wrote.

“The recognition of Valentine’s Day opens the door to the Devil to manipulate their behaviour, encouraging them to abandon their Islamic identity and to entertain desires of lust, to engage in pre-marital relations and in other evil practices,” he adds, “People should not succumb. Instead we should endeavour to attain the best form of love, which is exclusive love for Allah.”

The rant is only the latest in a string of bizarre attacks by the extremist.

In December, he told Muslims enjoying Christmas was “the pathway to hellfire and purchasing trees and having Christmas turkey meals are completely prohibited by Allah.” (ANI)
